Northpoint Shopping Centre is the first major suburban shopping centre in Singapore, it was being built in 1992. The shopping centre serves the residents of Yishun New Town and it is located adjacent to Yishun MRT Station through an underpass.

Its major tenants include Cold Storage, the branch at Northpoint was the first to open in an suburban location in Singapore, and also John Little.

It is managed by Centrepoint Properties.
