The Prairie Post is a weekly published newspaper for farmers from Medicine Hat, Alberta and Swift Current, Saskatchewan and area. It is published by Tricube Media in the Medicine Hat News offices.

The Prairie Post East Edition is a weekly newspaper published in southeast Alberta, and southwest Saskatchewan. the Prairie Post is owned by Alberta Weekly Newspapers Group.

Tricube Media does not publish the Prairie Post, but does handle the newspaper's website, along with those of other papers published by the Alberta Weekly Newspapers Group.
