Jeff Toms (born June 4, 1974 in Swift Current, Saskatchewan) is a Canadian ice hockey player.

Originally selected by the New Jersey Devils in the 1992 NHL Entry Draft, Toms was traded to the Tampa Bay Lightning, where he would spend a few seasons before he was claimed on waivers by the Washington Capitals. Toms would also play for the New York Islanders, New York Rangers, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Florida Panthers.

Since 2003, he has been playing hockey in National League A in Switzerland (Europe) where he played one season with EHC Basel, two with HC Ambri-Piotta, three with SCL Tigers and since 2009 he's playing with Genève-Servette HC. He played for Team Canada in the Spengler Cup in 2004, 2005, and 2006. Due to play in 2007, he is unable to due to injury.
