Felt 3: A Tribute to Rosie Perez is the third album by Felt, a side project made up of Slug and MURS. It is entirely produced by Aesop Rock, his first ever. As was the fashion with previous Felt albums in which Murs and Slug dedicate the album to a female celebrity they feel is becoming less popular and would like to let them feel like the world hasn't forgotten about them, this album is dedicated to actress Rosie Perez. The album has sold 7,000 copies in the United States by November 22, 2009, according to SoundScan[1]. The opening track "Protagonists" features a line from an Edgar Allan Poe short story called "The Gold-Bug".
