Serhiy Politylo (born 9 January 1989 in Novovolynsk, Volyn Oblast, Ukrainian SSR) is a professional Ukrainian football midfielder who currently plays for FC Chornomorets Odesa in the Ukrainian First League. He was promoted to the senior side from Chornomorets Reserves in November 2006.
