31st World Science Fiction Convention

The 31st World Science Fiction Convention, also known as Torcon II, was held 31 August – 3 September 1973 at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.[1] The chairman was John Millard. The guests of honor were Robert Bloch (pro) and William Rotsler (fan). The toastmaster was Lester del Rey. Total attendance was approximately 2,900.
