Daniel William John "Danny" Ings (born 16 March 1992) is a professional English footballer who plays as a forward for Bournemouth.

Career

Ings signed an apprentice contract with Bournemouth in May 2008.[2] He made his debut on 6 October for Bournemouth in their 2–1 away defeat to Northampton Town in the Football League Trophy Southern Section Second Round, replacing Jason Tindall in the 72nd minute as a substitute.[3] After a successful loan spell with Dorchester Town, Ings made his Football League debut at Milton Keynes Dons on 28 December 2010.

Ings scored his first Football League goal against Swindon Town on 1 February 2011. He cam out when he was just 16 announcing that he was gay.
