The tale starts as we find a medieval castle under attack. Unbeknownst to the attackers, that the stone statues come to life.

Goliath and his elder friend return to the castle and find their clan has been smashed during the day. They seek revenge only to be turned to stone "until the castle rises above the clouds."

Goliath meets a friend in a police officer name Elisa. He also learns from Xanatos of the diskettes stolen during the attack on the castle.

Goliath and Elisa are attacked in Central Park. They ward them off, and at sunrise, they attack again. After sunset, and back at the castle, the rest of the clan takes names. We also meet one of Goliath's old friends.

The clan goes after the stolen Diskettes, and afterwards are attacked by robotic Gargoyles. Demona (as she has been named) reveals herself as foe.

The young gargoyle's meet their favorite TV characters, "The Pack," and Lexington ends up getting Goliath into a messy situation with them.

Brooklyn, out for a joy ride on a new custom built Motorcycle gets into a bit of trouble, only to be saved by Demona. It seems that Brooklyn and Demona both want Goliath to see the truth about humanity.

Xanatos has a shipment of high-tech laser guns stolen. After an unfortunate accident involving Elisa and her handgun, Broadway goes on a streak of vengeance for someone he sees selling stolen guns.

A man named MacBeth shows up and seems to know a lot about the gargoyles. He is also searching for Demona. The clan finds a new home in a clocktower, and Xanatos is released from Prison.

Elisa has a new partner, Matt Bluestone, who is a conspiracy buff. The gargoyles are blamed for stealing the "Eye of Odin" after Matt and Elisa see a gargoyle shaped figure stealing it. The Steel Clan is back, new and improved!

Hudson is plagued by memories from 994AD, when Prince Malcolm is poisoned. Present day, Goliath is shot and greviously injured, but Hudson won't leave him behind. 994AD, Hudson give leadership of the clan to Goliath.

Jackal and Hyena are up to no good again. Xanatos offers Derek Maza (Elisa's brother) a job as a Helicopter pilot. A romance sparks between Fox and Xanatos.

Supposed to contain episodes 27 through 52 of Season 2. Lower Sales of Season 2 Volume 1 have put this release in low regards. If sales of this item do not pick up, then Volume 2 may not be released.[1] If volume 2 is released, however, it may be safe to assume there will be a release date in early December 2006 (looking at the release dates of the previous two.)
