Can someone please show me where there is any info about Amy, Dr. Eggman, Cream (and Cheese), or Rouge being in the game? I have checked Sega's sites for the game and the only confirmed characters right now are Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and the three new characters from the Babylon Rogues. While it is probable that those characters I listed will appear in the game, it is not confirmed yet, and I feel that they shouldn't be listed as "known" characters yet. I was able to find more "evidence" that Shadow is in the game than any of the other characters save for Dr. Eggman. Ryohazuki1987 23:35, 16 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

On the Sonic Rider's official website, if you go on the characters section and click the question mark below Storm it will be Rouge. So Rouge is deffinatly in the game. Cargo chaos 23:30, 17 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, that's good enough for me. I just wanted to make sure that we were being careful to not include characters just because they have been in recent Sonic games. Just in case anyone is wondering, those links no longer work. Sega must've wisened up and figured out that they were letting loose their secrets. They could've at least kept Amy's and Eggman's though, seeing as they were confirmed characters from the start. If you want to see them now, search around the Sonic Stadium message board in the Sonic Riders topic (page 31, I think) or go to Sonic Heroines. --Evilradiodude

That's nice, but I can easily tell they don't appreciate the pictures having been taking without their permission anymore than I personally appreciate the big, bulky pictures making that list all cluttered. All of these characters are confirmed on the official site except the Chaotix and Aiai. You can not count the Chaotix as confirmed characters!!! Where is there any official info about them in the game. And there is a Robo 3 who is probably flight type as shown by this link:

There is no Robo 3 remotely confirmed; I'm still betting that that's just a generic enemy you only see in that one stage, and is purely for decoration.

Robo 1 and 2

According to the English site it says the red is Robo 1 and power type and the green is Robo 2 and speed type. But, the Japanese site says that the red is E-10000R and Speed type and the green is E-10000G and power type! Which is it? Red: speed or power?

According to the japanese website, E10000r (Red) is speed, and E10000g (Green) is Power. I'm alittle more willing to trust the japanese website in this case (though this game is comming out in america earlier). I did edit it but if anyone has anything more reliable, please correct me. No, it's some sort of glitch. Look at E-10000r's profile. You probably can't read the text, but you CAN read the name "E-10000g" in the text. Translated info points more toward the robots' profiles being glitched out, and appearing incorrectly. "G" is speed, and "R" is power. --Ultimate 16:47, 13 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fang and Julie-Su

someone has mention these characters in the article, i dont think these characters will return... and the 4 left are probally super sonic and the chaotix. but if thats not the case then i hope to god that fang will be there. i dunno about the julie person i dont really know much about her...

Julie-Su is an ARCHIE-ONLY character! She won't appear in the game. Fang... he's mostlikely not going to appear in the game, also, but he may have a cameo appearance--though it's unlikely seeming as he's scrapped. --Ultimate 14:45, 15 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

WOOOOOOO!! Just hearing those words of him comming back makes me happy.

Just seen a programme on the telly showing a review of riders, they had Nack the Weasel riding a cool little hoverbike ^_^ so cool. It was like a couple of seconds but im sure it was him, im hoping that it wasnt a costume the other characters can wear. I really wished id taped it, did anyone else catch this? * has now turned out to be false (Broa)

No I didn't see it, but there is a chance he'll be in the game, as he has been in atleast three others Sonic the Fighters,Sonic Triple Trouble and, Sonic Drift 2. He also have a hoverbike (the Marvelous Queen). ChaosChris 00:29, 20 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Some guy at sonichq has also seen the Episode, but he says it was comparing another racing game called 'Crazy frog'? Apparently the character is from that game and does look like Nack but isnt. (Broa)

Stats

Who the hell changed Wave and Shadow's stats?! Just because Wave is a flight character, doesn't mean she'll have the same stats as Tails. And just because Shadow's a speed character, doesn't mean he'll have the same as the others. This might be the case, but if it was on the demo disc, then that's how the stats are. Can someone (who has played the demo) please explain this for me? Also, for stats of characters who weren't confirmed, DON'T add them. Same goes for Shadow and Rouge--I just left them because I didn't know if their stats were really known or not. --Ultimate 18:35, 15 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

A while back, Wave's stats were released - one website had pictures of their stats from in game. And I know for a fact that she had different stats from Tails - she had 4, 3, 3, 2. I changed it back.

I am incredibly sorry about that. At the time I typed it up, I couldn't quite remember the website. However, I do have it now: http://www.geocities.jp/ao_gram/sonic/TGS2005.html. The pictures were taken at the Tokyo Game Show. The Sonic Riders screens are after the Shadow and Sonic Rush sections.

As far as I know, Rouge and Shadow's stats have not been released. They're not in the demo and the only screenshots of the two are up on the Japanese Sonic Riders site. It wouldn't surprise me if Rouge did have the same stats as Wave and Shadow had the same stats as the rest of the speed characters, but for now we don't know for certain. So yes, they should be removed.

Console Versions

Since this game is a four player supportive

We need information regarding PS2 version and if it's online enabled

Gamecube version

And Xbox Version if their is xbox live

But I soley doubt, this game won't be online

But we still need informtion about PS2 version...remember PS2 only has 2 ports and the game supports 4 player

If any version was to have an online play the XBox would have the highest chance, but I really don't see that happening for this game, and I haven't heard anything about Xbox live support, then again it dosn't look like this game will have any online component at all. -ChaosChris 05:05, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

ESRB "E10+"

Nope, it's E, set in stone. Some forms of the boxart are given E-10, and RP. The game is so close to release, it couldn't possibly be bumped up to an E-10+ now. --Ultimate 23:43, 18 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Clarification

I clarified a few things:

-I added NiGHTS and Ulala in the rumoured list (since they are the most rumored of all) -I backed up the argument that there may be more characters than 17 -I removed the rumor that individual characters get their own story since that seems to be dissolved by the Japanese site, as they mention, Sonic is focus of Race 1, Tails of Race 2, Knux of Race 3 etc. My guess is that it'll be Sonic Adventure 2 styled stories --Kitsune Inferno 21:52, 18 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

ARK

Space Colony ARK?
- In a recent trailer, a short and dark scene of Sonic falling through an ARK-like place can be seen. It isn't confirmed if this is ARK, but if it is, then it appears that Ark will be featured as one of the courses. A floating particle during the scene seems to indicate that this is in fact the space colony 'ARK;' however, due to gameplay footages at Gamespot, it may in fact simply be 'Sand Ruins' (as a similar block can be found there). Hope can't be given up yet, though. There's a new screenshot on the U.S. gamesite of Jet in a area that bares a striking resemblence to 'Lost Colony,' an Ark level of Eggman's in Sonic Adventure 2.

The earlier one is actually Sand Ruins. However, at the U.S. Gamesite ([8]) the later one can be seen in the screenshots. It'll start you off at the newer screenshots. First, go to 'Media,' then go to 'Screenshots.' Click the right arrow a few times and you should see Jet on a wall. Just after that is a screen that looks like Jet falling in an Ark-like area. I've also ripped out the image (though purposely leaving the backgrounds) and uploaded it to my site ([9]). Eggman Voice

I recon what they did with eggman by using deems voice is such a nice thing to do! that is like really really really nice. when i seen gameplay movie with eggman when he said 'do you think you can beat me' at the begginin of the race, i thought 'wooooah mike actually done a good job with that!' cos he sounded the exact same but now i know why

Shadow's Gear

Alright guys, I have a confirmation on his gear. Surprisingly enough, Shadow's gear is the name I thought it might be--Darkness. It is NOT called 'Revenge.' Oh, and his default gear is a pair of skates. Someone on TSS posted it in the message boards. In the Sonic Riders topic (linked prior) find a post that tells what is unlocked for beating the Hero Story. You unlock Shadow, Rouge, Cream, Mission Mode, Babylon Story, Tempation, Smile, and Darkness for beating it. --Ultimate 02:01, 23 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Jet's Missions

I have beaten all of Storms missions and Waves missions, most bronze, but some Silver and Gold, yet I have not unlocked Jet's mission mode! I have beaten both Story modes too.... Any help? ~Seros

I don't mean to be rude, but this isn't a help section for the game. You need to unlock Sega Carnival and Sega Illusion as there are missions for thoese courses as well. www.gamefaqs.com should have fourms on this game to help you in the future ChaosChris

Final Character?

Does anyone know who the 17th and final character is?

It's not Super Sonic because he's just another form of Sonic- Super Sonic is just Sonic with the Chaos Emerald Extreme Gear and not technically another character.
