'Extreme combat'

Extreme combat is mentioned in all the articles, and yet there is no article to look at 'Extreme combat' to elaborate more on what it means. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.179.235.198 (talk) 12:18, 29 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Devil May Cry (series)Devil May Cry — Since the launch of the first game Devil May Cry has developed into a wide series consisting of numerous games, anime, manga, novels and comic books. Thus Devil May Cry is now more commonly referred to as a series rather than as simply the first game. The move is also supported by the disambiguation section of the naming conventions for the series. Hence the first game should be moved to Devil May Cry (video game) and the series page should be moved to Devil May Cry. An example of how this has been done before is that Final Fantasy directs to the series page while the first game, Final Fantasy is under Final Fantasy (video game) KiasuKiasiMan (talk) 12:36, 22 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Fan uproar against new DMC

Considering that some Devil May Cry fanboy is actually removing references to the new chapter announced by Capcom i guess it would be better to put this entry under limited rights for updates. Is this possible? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Castef (talkcontribs) 13:11, 24 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Another fanboy is also spamming the page by stating that the new prequel is a "reboot" that has nothing to do with the previous entries despite the fact that within the link he provided, developers specifically say that it is an origin story. We should probably have this page locked until the game's release.
