Lavalys is a privately held company from Montreal, Canada. This company is the provider of software products popular amongst computer enthusiasts. It's flagship products are EVEREST Ultimate Edition and EVEREST Corporate Edition. These software are designed for everyday use as well as use in working environment. EVEREST, previously known as AIDA32, has been developed since 2003. At first, the software was known as EVEREST Home Edition but it also was discontinued and replaced by a purchasable version: EVEREST Ultimate Edition.

The software products of this company are mostly used for computer diagnostics, system profiling, benchmark, overclocking, network audit and troubleshooting. It provides the user with information about their computer like the hardware and software installed, the licenses of the software and many more information. The EVEREST software now supports a total of more than 100 000 hardware devices.[1] All Lavalys products are shareware; this means users can download the trial version prior to purchasing the full version.
