Kathryn Hahn (born July 23, 1974) is a American actress, best known for her television role on Crossing Jordan (2001-present).

Hahn was born in Illinois, but was raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She attended Northwestern University where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Theater before attending Yale. While attending a theater festival she met an NBC casting director who introduced her to creator/producer Tim Kring. Kring created the role of Lily for her.

Hahn has also made several film appearances during her career. The films include: “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” with Kate Hudson, “Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy” with Will Ferrell, “A Lot Like Love” with Ashton Kutcher, and “Win a Date With Tad Hamilton” with Topher Grace.

She has been married to Ethan Sandler since January 3, 2002.
