Penned for Flashlight Vocal?

I think that Bootsy was probably not penned for the Flashlight vocal, but its baseline which Bernie Worrell ended up playing. The Flashlight page corroborates that view, and Bootsy wasn't exactly renowned as a great singer - I don't think he took lead on a single Parliament track, whereas he played bass on at least half. ----
