Primorska Banka d.d. was established on 25th September 2001. on the foundations of its predecessor, "Primorska štedionica" d.d. Rijeka, which began its work on the World Savings Day, 31st October 1997.

Primorska banka d.d. Rijeka is a regional commercial bank that operates in the city of Rijeka and the Primorsko-Goranska County, Istrska County and Ličko-Senjska County. Most of the business is carried out with residents, artisans and corporate clients of the area.
