Dhaka City Collge is one of the oldest colleges in Bangladesh located at Dhanmondi in Dhaka city. It offers HSC, three years bachelor's and four years honour's course in various majors. The college is affiliated with the National University.
Dhaka City College, in Bangladesh, is a only college, the standard of which is more than the most any other private university in Bangladesh. It can, certainly, be said that the faculties of Dhaka City College are more qualified. Late Md. Hafiz Uddin was a founder principle of this reputed college. From HSC level to MBA its standard of teaching is unquestionable. The interesting thing is that the respected teachers of this college are the text book writer of different level in Bangladesh. E.g. Md. Hafiz Uddin, Md. Khaliquzzaman, Shamsul Arefin Chowdhury ond so on.
