CKE Restaurants
CKE Restaurants, Inc. (NYSE: CKR) is the parent company of Carl's Jr. and Hardee's restaurant chains, as well as Green Burrito and La Salsa. Its headquarters are in Carpinteria, California. It was incorporated in 1966 by Carl's Jr. founder Carl Karcher as Carl Karcher Enterprises, Inc.
