Welcome to Files for Upload, part of WikiProject Articles for creation. This process was created to allow unregistered users to add new files to Wikipedia with the assistance of experienced Wikipedians. If you would like to upload an image yourself, you can create an account and after four days and 10 edits you will be autoconfirmed and able to upload files. However, please consider uploading free files over at Wikimedia Commons (guide here).

Comment: File is not eligible for non-free use, as a free alternative could be created. The current license link doesn't contain any information about license. If you are member of Gun World.net, than follow the steps described at WP:CONSENT.
