ITV Wales & West is the ITV contractor which provides regional commercial television services ITV1 Wales in Wales and ITV1 in the West of England, [1]. It is owned and operated by ITV plc and the broadcast licence is owned by ITV Broadcasting Limited. The franchise was previously operated by HTV

Programming

The Television Centre, Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff

ITV Wales' main local programmes include: Wales Tonight, and The Ferret. ITV Wales also produces Welsh language programming for S4C such as Cefn Gwlad, Hacio, "Cofio" and Y Byd ar Bedwar. ITV West's main local programme is The West Country Tonight

Reception

ITV Wales and ITV West can be received locally by means of Freeview (terrestrial digital transmission) or more widely via Freesat (free to air digital satellite transmission) or Sky Digital.
