Image vs. Reality

That's a great image provided of Archie Goodwin. Of course, everyone's mental picture may vary. Archie admitted that Orrie Cather had something on him in the looks department, and Archie was no fop or dandy, but as a lady's man he was attractive and knew how to dress.

"partner"

Archie is Wolfe's live-in employee and partner in the private investigation business ...

"Partner" implies an ownership interest. Is there any evidence of that? Though I haven't read the books recently, it seems clear that he's on salary. —Tamfang (talk) 01:46, 27 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Reduction in pic size

Having trouble with my keyboard and two revisions were made via misclick on 4/30/11. My intention was to restore the size of the image of Archie after someone had reduced it. I saw, and see, no rationale adduced for the reduction other than an utterly personal preference. Perhaps the editor wishes to provide a more substantive rationale than a snarky "a bit damn large."
