Vivienne Franzman is a British playwright, who's debut play Mogadishu was critically acclaimed in its premiere at the Royal Exchange in ManchesterCite error: A <ref> tag is missing the closing </ref> (see the help page). in 2011. With Dominic Cavendish of The Telegraph calling it 'the play of the year']][1]. The play based on her own experiences as a school teacher starred Julia Ford as a teacher victimised by a student's lies after she tries to protect him.
