Maria Perrusi (born 13 September 1991 in Cosenza )is an Italian beauty queen. She is noted for winning Miss Italia 2009. Maria is 1.82 m tall and is the daughter of a stay at home mother and factory working father. She has 2 older brothers. Before winning Miss Italia, she wanted to become a model. Her hobbies incude voll eyball,swimming, and dance. She has also stated that she is an excellent cook. After winning Miss Italia 2009,she was featured in various runway shows, and co-hosted L'anno che verrà. She was also feautured in Ballando con le Stelle, hosted by Milly Carlucci in March of 2010 as a "Ballerina per una notte"
