Fondmetal GR01 was a Formula One car designed by Robin Herd, Tim Holloway and Tino Belli for Fondmetal F1 SpA team. It was used at first part of 1992 season.

The car was based on Fomet F1 and was also equipped with a Ford engine, but not DFR (as Fomet F1) and HB, which had 100 HP more power than DFR. Fondmetal was able to use two cars, for Andrea Chiesa and Gabriele Tarquini. Chiesa was probably too tall for a new car.

Results of GR01 was a catastrophe: model never saw finish line.

Then one of GR01's was bought by Ranieri Randaccio, who remade the car (e.g. enlarged the airbox and added unsightly wheel covers over wheels). He raced in Interserie by this car in 1994–1997 and took second places at Most (1994, 1997) and Brands Hatch (1996).
