Sharmaine Ruffa Rama Gutiérrez (born June 24, 1974) is a Filipina model, beauty queen and actress. She was Binibining Pilipinas World 1993 and second runner-up to Miss World 1993.
Early life
Born in Manila, Gutierrez is the daughter of 1960s Filipino actor Eddie Gutierrez and former actress Annabelle Rama and the older sister of identical twin actors Richard and Raymond Gutierrez.
Gutierrez began acting as a teen actress in the 1980s, under Regal Films. She became part of German Moreno's That's Entertainment in the early 1990s, before becoming a beauty queen in 1993.

Daughter Lorin Gabriella Bektas born in Los Angeles on August 3, 2003 at 7:30 a.m. She weighed 7.8 pounds and measured 18 inches long at birth.

Half-brothers are Tonton Gutierrez and Ramon Christopher. Sister of Elvis Gutierrez, rapper Ritchie Paul, and twins Raymond Gutierrez and Richard Gutierrez.
She founded Roof A Child Foundation Inc., for homeless children with Lily Y. Monteverde and GMA 7 president Menardo R. Jimenez among its board of trustees.
Chief Executive Officer of Intel Media Inc which runs Fashion TV Turkey. The network was gifted to her by husband, Yilmaz Bektas.

Miss World 1993
As the official representative of her country to the 1993 Miss World pageant held in Sun City, South Africa on November 27, Gutierrez obtained the title of Miss World Asia & Oceania and placed second runner-up to eventual winner, Lisa Hanna of Jamaica.[1]
