Daniel Ginczek (born April 13, 1991 in Arnsberg) is a German footballer, who plays as a striker for Borussia Dortmund. He also plays for the second team in the 3rd League, where he has a contract until the end of June 2012. His grandparents are from Silesia.[1][2][3]
Career
Club
In the 2007–08 season he was the best scorer in the U17 league in 25 games, he scored 26 goals. In the U18 national team, Ginczek scored three goals in six games, also in May 2009 he took part in two matches of the U19 national team.
Since the 2008–09 season playing for the second team from Dortmund. He made his debut in professional football on 28 July 2009 at 0-0 against the amateurs of the BVB Eintracht Braunschweig.
In 2010, Ginczek was promoted to the Borussia Dortmund's first team.
National team
Ginczek played for Germany U17, Germany U18, Germany U19 national team. Currently he plays for Germany U21 national team.
