BACKGROUND
Writer Mogica is Canadian citizen of an Albanian descent. He was born in Moglicë/Dibër, Alb.; former-resident in Tirana, Alb.; who lives at the city of Toronto, in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Mr. Moglica, a descendent of The Moglica’s Family - a patriotic Albanian family - with powerful history of committed teachers believing that schooling is “the best food of brain.” His great-grand-father, Educator H. Moglica, is an Albanian hero, educationalist, warrior and famous patriot who: opened the first Albanian school in his district, and upon refusing to sell Albanian lands to insurgents - he was buried alive; he is a hero and known as one of “The Dibra’s Legend of 20th Century.”
Writer Moglica was a former-military officer, former Editor-in-chief of “The Grand’s Word”/ “Fjala e tokësorit” newspaper (of Albanian Army Forces), freelance journalist, and an interpreter/translator (In English, Turkish, Albanian, and vise-versa).
Mr. Moglica has a wide range of interests and enjoys challenges. He feels and believes that schooling, continuously, has transformed his brain to an advanced computer program. His brain processes an extraordinary flow of new information at the same time - continuously growing like branches of a tree.
Mr. Moglica, as a critic, was a powerful critical political/military journalist, and is potentially and powerfully committed to the most constructive criticism for a just justice system - and progress for all humans.
Therefore, he possess powerful ideas for social changes, and strongly believes in upholding the values of integrity, respect and professionalism.

EDUCATION
Writer Moglica is an eager of life-learning strategy. He has over 23 years of full-time recognized education in three continents: North America, Asia and Europe. He holds various recognized university and college degrees, diplomas and certificates related to law enforcement, military science, computer software, media, and languages: from Canada, Turkey and Albania.
In 1993, he graduated from “Skenderbeg” Military Academy (now called “Skenderbeg” Military University) - with excellent results. There he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Military Science - recognized from Canada as four years bachelor degree.
For excellent academic achievements he won the right to study further in Turkish Language and be specialized outside. Thus, in 1993 he studied linguistics and received Turkish Language Certificate from K.K. Lisan Okulu (Army Forces Linguistic School), in Istanbul, Turkey.
And in 1993-1994 he continued specialized studies in the military field (with Turkish language of instructions) and received a Military Diploma from Topçu ve Füze Okulu (The Academy of Artillery and Rockets), in Polatlı/Ankara, Turkey. Therefore, he finished studies with excellent results.
In 2001 he received a Military Diploma at The Academy of Defense/College of Direction, in Tirana, Albania (by concluding The Essential Course of the Officer of Headquarters). Also, he finished his action research with excellent result in the thesis: “Motivation A Potential Part of The Military Power.”
In February 2002 he fled Albania and since then has never returned.
In 2002 Mr. Moglica returned to school in Canada. As such, in 2004 he received an Ontario Secondary School Diploma at CALC, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Upon many attempts, Mr. Moglica was not admitted to study in Journalism field (which he wished), but was admitted in Law - Customs and Immigration.
In 2006, he graduated in Law and Security - Customs (Specialized in Customs & Immigration), finished with Niagara Scholar Award and the President’s Honour, in Welland/ Ontario, Canada. Despite his excellent academic achievements (as a top student), Mr. Moglica was continuously discriminated on grounds his Albanian ethnicity, by not having equal employment opportunities to be hired for a public service position. Therefore, he decided to return to school, but this time as a graduate student in the field of Teaching.
In 2006, he was admitted to study in Teaching English as a Second Language Post-graduate Program (TESL) at Niagara College, in Welland, Ontario. As such, surprisingly, after many years, Mr. Moglica entered the historical field of The Moglica Family.
In 2007, he graduated from Niagara College in Teaching English As a Second Language Post-Graduate with President's Honour, in Welland/Ontario, Canada.
In 2006-2007, he held an action research in Teaching English as a Second Language with topic: “Giving Instructions With And Without Technology.” At the same time, while at Niagara College, he held his Teaching Practicum at the International Department of Niagara College Canada. In addition, voluntarily, he tough English to few international students from South Korea.
In addition, he holds multiple other diplomas/certificates and has attended numerous professional development in: computer programs, internet, food chemistry, journalism, law enforcement, applied linguistics, and much more.
Therefore, since the year 2008 to present he is a member of TESL Ontario Association, in a good standing, and a Certified ESL Instructor.
SOME OF PUBLICATIONS
In 2000, his first novel, The Tragic End of A Love, “Fundi tragjik i një dashurie,” has established his talent of suddenly entering the highway of literature in the Albanian language. In 2001, it was republished twice, Lumo Skendo, Tirana, Albania.
In 2001 he established his poetic profile with publication of a peace-making book, All The World In Kosovo, “Gjithë bota në Kosovë”, published by Lumo Skendo, Tirana, Albania. In addition, he has published numerous poems in different Albanian sources.
In 1994-2002, he has established himself as a credible journalist with publications of over 600 articles and editorials for various magazines and newspapers, few to be mention are: Gazeta “Fjala E Tokësorit”; Revista “Mbrojtja”; Gazeta “Ushtria”; Gazeta “Tribuna”; Gazeta “Dibra”; Gazeta “Mokra”; Gazeta “Shekulli”; etc. Moreover, he has written numerous children’s books as well.
In 2006, he published his first English poem “I Want...” in both hard and audio copies - which is about 9/11. And, he was the recipient of the Medal “The United States of America Poetry Ambassador for 2006”, by the International Library of Poetry.
In 2006, he became published multi-author poetry anthology - “Twilight Musings”, International Library of Poetry, USA, 2006.
From 2002 to 2007, writer Moglica has written multiple books of different genres (in English and Albanian) - which were unpublished. All of them were stopped, on December 18, 2007 - the day when he was openly discriminated by the representatives of Conservative Government of Canada on grounds of Albanian ethnicity. Therefore, on 08 February 2011 - poet Moglica re-appeared before Albanian readers with his next poetical book which was written on 2002-2007 years.
In February 08, 2011, he published in Albanian language the poetical book, The Cross of Emigration, “Brenga e mërgimit” (written in 2002-2007 years), Editor Sakip Cami, published by Geer, Tirana, Albania.
Terribly, his discrimination followed with the non-stop centrifugal tortures applied by representatives of the Conservative Government of Canada and certain people in authority - acts that are in breach with Canada’s international obligations as ratified under the United Nations’ Convention Against Torture; and much more. The matter is before the United Nations' Committee Against Tortures.
TRANSLATION/ INTERPRETATION
In 2002-2007 years Mr. Moglica translated from Albanian into English his own novel named Fundi tragjik i një dashurie,“The Tragic End of A Love”, but: made few amendments from the first, second and third publications; added the last chapter - which was eliminated before the first publication; and, changed the title to “Touches and Tears”/ “Ledhatime dhe lotë”(unpublished).
In 2000 to 2002, while working as Editor-in-chief of “Fjala e Tokësorit” newspaper, he has translated from Albanian into English numerous works of the last page of the newspaper. Moreover, he has translated/interpreted from Albanian into English and vise-versa during numerous NATO-s and Partnership For Peace exercises.
In 1995-1996, Mr. Moglica translated two military books from Turkish into Albanian (412 pages) including: Headquarters’ Organization, and Advanced Military Aviation Technology.
Between 1994 to 2001, Mr. Moglica has, often, translated and interpreted from Albanian to Turkish and vise-versa with numerous military and civil delegations in Albania and Turkey.

DISCRIMINATIONS & TORTURES
In 2006-2008 years of non-stop job applications to joint public services. Poet Moglica was disfavored because of his Albanian ethnicity. Concretely, he had submitted over approx. 843 pages of job application within the public services, but was not given equal employment opportunities - because of his ethnicity.
From December 18, 2007 thereafter, Mr. Moglica has been tortured continuously by representatives of the Conservative Government of Canada and certain people in authority, while he stood up to protect his legal and constitutional rights which have been breached. He has represented himself in every level up to the Supreme Court of Canada. The matter is still before the United Nations. He is committed to defend his rights and fulfill the Canadian citizenship responsibilities by being informative and exposing the truth no matter who is involved. Continuously, the justice department has been juggling with his life by treating him as a Second Class Canadian Citizen.
Therefore, in 2010, Mr. Moglica has submitted petitions to: Her Majesty The Queen Elizabeth II (Canada’s Head of State), and the United Nations - regarding Canada’s breaches of international human rights obligations as rectified under UN’s Convention against Tortures.
Also, in 2010, he has submitted in-writing Petition(s) to the Leaders of the Liberal Party, N.D. Party, and B.Q. Party - to bring a motion before the House of Commons for an inquiry in this matter.
