A meetup of Wikipedians is hoped to be held in Birmingham on June 12. This took a while to organise so now clashes with a meet up in London, but this is much closer to many.
Venue
Urban Coffee Company, Church Street, Birmingham - http://www.urbancoffee.co.uk/
This venue is being given free to Wikimedia UK. It is a good venue for children and offers a range of beverages.
Travel and Parking
venue (52°28′56″N 1°54′02″W / 52.48225°N 1.90050°W) is central, just off Colmore Row, which in turn runs alongside St Philips Cathedral. It is very close to Snow Hill Station,but only a short walk from New Street Station.
On-street parking is free on Sundays.
