The British Columbia Ambulance Service (BCAS) is a crown corporation which provides public ambulance service in British Columbia, Canada. It operates under the authority of the Emergency Health Services Commission of the provincial Ministry of Health. BCAS is Canada's only provincially-operated ambulance service, and provides emergency pre-hospital treatment and transportation by ambulance to the public and visitors of BC.

BCAS has 190 stations located in 169 communities across the province. Service in rural areas is provided by part-time and full-time staff trained at the Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) level. In urban areas - including stations in the Greater Vancouver Regional District, Victoria, Kelowna, and Nanaimo [1] - service is provided by a mix of PCP and Advanced Care Provider (ACP) paramedics.
