Daisy von Scherler Mayer (b. September 14, 1966, New York City, New York) is an American film director.[1][2]

Biography

Mayer was born in New York, New York in 1966. She is the daughter of actress Sasha von Scherler (1934–2000) and Paul Avila Mayer (c. 1933 - July 10, 2009), and a granddaughter of screen writer Edwin Justus Mayer. Daisy graduated from Wesleyan University in 1988.
