Peter Robert Phelps, Ph.D. is an Australian politician. He has been a Liberal Party of Australia member of the New South Wales Legislative Council since March 2011. He has previously contested the Legislative Assembly seat of Drummoyne in the 1999 New South Wales State election. [1].
