Jamie Wilson is a beauty queen from Minden, Louisiana[1] who has competed in the Miss America pageant.

Competing as Miss Louisiana Watermelon Festival,[2] Wilson won the Miss Louisiana 2006 title in a state pageant held in Monroe, Louisiana in June 2006. Earlier in the pageant week she won a preliminary swimsuit award. She had placed first runner-up in the competition in 2005, in the top ten in 2004,[3] and competed but did not place in 2003. She was Miss Minden 2003.[4]

Wilson represented Louisiana in the Miss America 2007 pageant broadcast live from the Theatre for the Performing Arts on the Las Vegas Strip on 29 January 2007 but did not win any preliminary awards or place in the final competition. The event was won by Lauren Nelson of Oklahoma.

Jamie's platform is "Increased Awareness of Dyspraxia",[5] a condition that affects her younger brother.

She was a Louisiana Tech and LSU law student.[6]
