Bromborough Dock was situated on the River Mersey at Bromborough.

It was built by Lever Brothers, when it opened in 1931 it was the largest private dock in the world. The dock closed in September 1986.

The site is now being used for Landfill. Operations started in 1995 and it is anticipated that restoration will be completed by 2009.
