Royal Fam is a Hardcore hip hop musical group of the Wu-tang subgenre. The band has a flexible roster, centered around Timbo King, Dark Denim and Mikey Jarrett Jr. Timbo King is the de facto leader. Band members have included Y-Kim The Ill Figure, Stoneface (now known as ShaRecka), Dreddy Kruger (now Wu-Tang's A&R), Q-Base, Roc, and Jahrule. Royal Fam recorded an album, but it remains unreleased. Another Royal Fam album titled Yesterday, Today, Iz Tomorrow was leaked in 2000 without the group's knowledge or permission. Days, Months, Yearz was released, but is a very rare CD. Royal Fam's debut album, Black Castle, was released in 2006 through Nature Sounds Records.
