Nico Pérez is a small town in the Florida Department of central Uruguay. In 2004 it had a population of 1049.^[1]

It is located on the border with Lavalleja Department, joint with the town José Batlle y Ordoñez of that department. They are separated partly by Ruta 7 and partly by the railroad tracks. The two parts are joined by a bridge passing over the tracks.
