José Filipe Torres
José Filipe Torres (born 13 April 1976) is a Portuguese Entrepreneur, a Keynote Speaker and a Country Branding expert. He isthe CEO and Founder of Bloom Consulting [1] a company he set up in 2003. According to Forbes [2] and The Economist he is cited as being “a world renowned specialist in country branding”. In 2011, Mr. Torres initiated a new research which was performed on 144 countries for Trade and 157 countries for Tourism, with analysis on dozens of variables. The report was given the name Bloom Consulting Country Branding Ranking.
