Om Prakash Karhana (born January 11, 1987) is an Indian shot putter. He is 6 feet 7 inches (2.01 m) tall and weighs 138 kilograms (304 lb). He trains at the Salwan Throws Academy and is supported by Olympic Gold Quest, a not-for-profit foundation to identify and support Indian athletes.[1][2][3][4] His best throw is 20.04 meters making him qualify for 2012 Olympics in London.
