Welcome
Hello, Andreasirota, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
I notice that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been reverted for this very reason.
To reduce the chances of deletion, you might like to draft your article before submission, then ask me or any other editor to proofread it. To start creating a draft article, just click your user name at the top of the screen when you are logged in, and edit that page as you would any other. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.
The one firm rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. It is also worth noting that Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which specifically link them to one company or corporation. If your username does have such a name, it would be advisable for you to request a change of username.

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Caruso Affiliated. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. tedder (talk) 14:16, 10 August 2011 (UTC)
- OK, see what you are saying. I am removing my own commentary and linking references. Thanks! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Andreasirota (talk • contribs) 14:36, 10 August 2011 (UTC)
- Yeah, "personal analysis" is another term for not adhering to a neutral point of view. In other words, information about Caruso needs to be cited from reliable sources. Uploading a biography that reads like a press release is not encyclopedic. tedder (talk) 15:11, 10 August 2011 (UTC)
COI
Hi Andrea! I'm here to try and help with the situation a bit. As you're affiliated with the subject of the article that you're editing, there's a strong possibility of a conflict of interest. WP strongly discourages editing articles with which you may be closely affiliated or in short, adding information that's unecyclopedic in nature (advertorial, peacocking, etc.) that actively counters WP's goals. this link will tell you more about how to go about getting the page changed so that there isn't a COI that shows in the article. It will basically ask that you use the talk page to suggest edits but I suggest reading more so that you have a better understanding of how to go about having the article changed. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask here. OlYellerTalktome 15:26, 10 August 2011 (UTC)

Thank you for the info - will review your sites. Removed biased information, including only information that is factual with references. Will continue to add references to the information online now. Again, thanks for all the help all!
