Thazhuthala is a village in Kollam district in the state of Kerala, India.[1]

Demographics

As of 2001 India census, Thazhuthala had a population of 31547 with 15250 males and 16297 females.[1]


The place is famous for Sri mahaganapathi Ganesha temple which is located at the centre of thazhuthala.The yearly Utsavam of this temple is celebrating like a "Thazuthala Onam". This village is also blessed with Sri boothanatha Shiva temple and Murukankavu Devi temple .
