Barry Callaghan (born 1937 in Toronto, Ontario) is a Canadian author and poet. He is the son of late Canadian novelist and short story writer Morley Callaghan. He is a Graduate of the University of Toronto.

Step-Grandfather to Shannon Emma Weissman, Iris Roseanne Weissman, David Alexander Lecker and Canadian Author/Artist Israel Jay Weissman (sometimes credited as Josh Lecker.)
