W. Stuart Helm (April 8, 1908 – March 2, 1986)[1] is a former Speaker of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.

Helm was elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1941 and served through 1964.[2].

Helm was from Kittanning, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania[3].
