Status of CTV Two

It doesn't matter what the press releases say. CTV Two does not qualify to be a network, heck E/CH had more coverage than CTV Two at its prime and it wasn't a network either. The system lacks significant coverage in Canada. █ EMARSEE 00:27, 18 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
