Jason Holt (born 19 February 1993 in Edinburgh, Scotland) is a professional football player currently playing for Heart of Midlothian in the Scottish Premier League.[2]

Youth career

Holt grew up in Musselburgh as a Hearts fan and attended Musselburgh Grammar School. He was a member of the Hearts successful under 19 squad who finished second behind Celtic in the Scottish Premier League under 19 season in 2010-11. He picked up the spl under 19 player of the season award.[3]

Club career

Despite being part of the squad that travelled to Italy for pre season,[4] Holt had to wait until the last day of the 2010-11 season to make his First team debut on the 15 of May 2011 as a substitute against Dundee United.[5]
