Allen Loughry
Allen H. Loughry II is an author [1],jurist, and academic[2] from West Virginia. He is best known for writing Don’t Buy Another Vote, I Won’t Pay for a Landslide. He is currently running as a Republican candidate in the 2012 election for the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia [3].
