Shin-Minamata Station (新水俣駅, Shin-Minamata-eki) is a train station located in Minamata, Kumamoto, Japan. The station designed by Makoto Sei Watanabe opened on March 13, 2004.

History
- 1968-09-19 Opened as JNR Hatsno S.B.
- 1987-04-01 Hatsno S.B. was inherited by JR Kyūshū.
- 2004-03-13 Kyūshū Shinkansen Shin-Minamata Station was opened. JR Kyūshū Kagoshima Main Line was inherited by Hisatsu Orange Railway and Hatsuno S.B. was changed to Shin-Minamata Station.
