The twelfth season of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation began on September 21, 2011, on CBS.[2] The show now airs on Wednesdays at 10/9c, following Criminal Minds.[3]
Notable cast members
Laurence Fishburne will not return for Season 12. He will be replaced by actor Ted Danson.[4] Elisabeth Harnois will also join the cast as Morgan Brody, the daughter of Conrad Ecklie.[5] Marg Helgenberger will leave the cast in January 2012.[6][7]
