Ferdinand v Mirror Group Newspapers [2011] EWHC 2454 (QB) was a 2011 High Court decision in which the Premiership footballer Rio Ferdinand was unsuccessful in preventing the publication of a tabloid 'kiss and tell' story revealing details of a sexual relationship.[1]
