Love Kills is Freddie Mercury's first song recorded as a solo artist.
It was originally featured in Giorgio Moroder's restoration and edit of the 1927 silent film Metropolis, as part of the movie's new soundtrack, which was nominated at the 1985 Razzie Awards for "Worst Original Score"[1]. The song itself was nominated for "Worst Original Song"[2], even though the single reached #10 on the UK Singles Chart.
