State Religion

Your edition by falsifying information by adding Palestine as having no state religion in the State Religion article is not only false, it is also unconstructive and therefore has been reverted. Please refrain from doing so again.

Article 4 of the latest Constitution of Palestine (2003) clearly states that Islam is the state religion. This constitution is still valid.

ARTICLE 4:
1. Islam is the official religion in Palestine. Respect and sanctity of all other heavenly religions shall be maintained.
2. The principles of Islamic Shari’a shall be the main source of legislation.
