4686 Maisica (1979 SX2) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on September 22, 1979 by N. S. Chernykh at Nauchnyj. It is named after the wife of the Spanish astronomer Álvaro López-García, called Maisica, short for Maria Luisica (Maria Luisa).
