Andrew Rosenfeld is a British chairman of the property firm Minerva. He was number 501 on The Sunday Times Rich List 2004 [1]. He is also head of Britain's National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children's FULL STOP campaign.[2]. In March 2006 it was revealed as part of the "cash for Peerages" scandal that he had lent £1m to the Labour party before the 2005 General Election.[2]
