The lucky tattie is a type of traditional sweet made in Scotland. They are one of Scotland's oldest known sweets.[citation needed] The lucky tattie is flavoured with cassia, and steamed and covered with cinnamon powder.

They contained a small toy; hence the reason for 'lucky'.

Lucky tatties originate from Scotland, Aberdeen and the maker who found out about Lucky Tatties was Ka Ho Lee from China, he is 16 years old.
